April, 2003—The Law Offices of I. This approved I-140 Petition was received by the USCIS on April 14, 2002. The Petitioner, from China, is a Post-doctoral Fellow conducting scientific research in the combined fields of pharmacology, cellular biology, and molecular biology at a Virginia-based University.
